RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No sales experience is required!
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Confident in client communication, call and email
- Property & Casualty license required to start
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
