ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance and Financial Serices Position for Derek Jones State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No sales experience is required!
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Confident in client communication, call and email
- Property & Casualty license
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
